CATCH Subscription Terms and Conditions:

These Subscription Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the subscription services offered by CATCH ("CATCH," "we," or "us"). By subscribing to CATCH, you ("Subscriber" or "you") agree to abide by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before subscribing to CATCH.

1. Subscription Plans:

• CATCH offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing options. Subscribers may choose the plan that best fits their business needs and budget.

2. Subscription Fees:

• Subscribers are required to pay the applicable subscription fees based on their chosen plan. Fees are charged on a monthly basis, as specified during the sign-up process.

3. Payment and Billing:

• Subscribers must provide valid payment information and authorize CATCH to charge the subscription fees to their chosen payment method. Payment is processed automatically on a recurring basis, unless canceled by the Subscriber.

4. Subscription Period:

• The subscription period begins on the date of sign-up and continues for the duration specified in the chosen plan (e.g., monthly). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled by the Subscriber.

5. Termination and Cancellation:

• Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time by notifying the CATCH team. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current term cycle, and no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription period. Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time by providing a minimum of 30 days' notice prior to the end of the 12-month term agreement.
• Subscribers are responsible for the full payment of the agreement based on the 12-month term, totaling $599.88, regardless of cancellation.

6. Use of CATCH Services:

• Subscribers may use CATCH services solely for their internal business purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

7. Dynamic QR Codes:

• CATCH provides Subscribers with dynamic QR codes to be placed within their business premises or marketing materials. Subscribers are responsible for ensuring the proper use and placement of these QR codes.

8. 30-Day Test Run:

• Upon subscription, Subscribers agree to participate in a 30-day test run during which CATCH gathers initial scans and clicks generated by the placed QR codes. This test run helps establish metrics for advertisers and assess the potential opportunities at the Subscriber's location.

9. Modification of Services:

• CATCH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its services, including subscription plans and features, at any time without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability: - In no event shall CATCH be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use of its services.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: - These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State in which the business resides], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [State in which the business resides].

By subscribing to CATCH, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not subscribe to CATCH.
