The base salary outlined in this payout structure will be defined as a retainer, providing a guaranteed minimum income for sales representatives each month while under contract. This retainer serves as a foundation for earnings and ensures a level of financial stability. Achievable Base Salary Tiers: The base salary tiers are structured in a way that provides incremental increases as the sales rep opens more active accounts. Starting with Tier 1 at 100 active accounts and progressing up to Tier 4 at 1000 active accounts, these tiers offer clear milestones for sales reps to aim for. Additionally, the initial account setup commission is commission-based, meaning that sales representatives will earn a predetermined amount for each successfully set up account.
Initial Account Setup:
$40 commission per initial account setup.
Monthly Base Salary Tiers (Based on the number of active accounts opened by the sales rep):
Tier 1: 100 active accounts = $500 base salary per month
Tier 2: 250 active accounts = $750 base salary per month
Tier 3: 500 active accounts = $1000 base salary per month
Tier 4: 1000 active accounts = $3000 base salary per month

If a sales rep sets up 120 accounts in a month, they earn:
Initial account setup commission: 120 accounts * $40 = $4800
Base salary tier: Tier 1 (100 accounts) = $500
Total earnings for the month = $4800 (initial setup commission) + $500 (base salary tier) = $5300.
