TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Subscription Agreement:
By subscribing to CATCH, you agree to abide by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. Your subscription is subject to acceptance of these Terms, which form a legally binding agreement between you and CATCH.
2. Subscription Plans:
CATCH offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing options. Details of each plan, including pricing, features, and payment terms, are outlined on our website and in your subscription agreement.
3. Payment and Billing:
Subscribers are required to pay the applicable subscription fees based on their chosen plan. Payment is processed automatically on a recurring basis, unless canceled by the Subscriber. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your subscription.
4. Subscription Period:
The subscription period begins on the date of sign-up and continues for the duration specified in the chosen plan (e.g., monthly or annual). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled by the Subscriber.
5. Termination & Cancellation Policy:
Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time by providing a minimum of 30 days' notice prior to the end of the 12-month term agreement. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the 12-month term agreement and will not be renewed.
Subscribers are responsible for the full payment of the agreement based on the 12-month term, totaling $599.88, regardless of cancellation.
6. Use of CATCH Services:
Subscribers may use CATCH services solely for their internal business purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. Unauthorized use of the platform or violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your subscription.
7. Dynamic Decal Codes:
CATCH provides Subscribers with dynamic decal codes to be placed within their business premises or marketing materials. Subscribers are responsible for ensuring the proper use and placement of these decal codes.
8. 30-Day Test Run:
Upon subscription, Subscribers agree to participate in a 30-day test run during which CATCH gathers initial scans and clicks generated by the placed QR codes. This test run helps establish metrics for advertisers and assess the potential opportunities at the Subscriber's location.
9. Modification of Services:
CATCH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its services, including subscription plans and features, at any time without prior notice.
10. Intellectual Property:
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property rights associated with CATCH are owned by CATCH or its licensors. Subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the platform for its intended purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall CATCH be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of its services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
